Having recently been taken over by Howden insurance, I can say it has been seamless in it's operation and continues to be a very interactive company. I prefer the face to face approach and again, wonderful to see that this was not an alien thing for Howdens. everything was explained and talked through, I felt at ease when I left. Thanks to Howden for this turn of events.

I’d had a few miscalls from Howdens asking me to call them as my car insurance was coming up for renewal. I tried calling back a few times but no one was available to take my call. I started getting quotes from other companies and then had a call from Polly at Howdens. She was so polite and patient and provided a very competitive renewal price.
