I needed to arrange insurance at short notice as my existing insurer belatedly advised that they were unable to insure my new vehicle as it was a new model not on their system. It was a stressful situation and Chris at Howden Insurance quickly solved the problem. I am very grateful.

Great service, quickly sorted and I’m covered again for another year. They may not be the cheapest but I know that if I need to claim I just have to contact Howden and they will sort it for me.

I phoned the office at 8.30 am on the day my insurance was due to be renewed. I was told that everyone was taking phone calls and I would receive a call back later. I explained I had to go out at 9.30. I hadn't been called back by 9.15 so I phoned again. From that point the service was very good.
