I have used Howden Insurance service for the past two years and have found them to be straightforward and clear in their communication.
When I needed help relating to a cracked windscreen on 4th March 2024, I phoned Howden as my first point of contact. They were very courteous, understood what was needed and then contacted the insurance company on my behalf while I was put on hold. After talking to the insurance company Howden then transferred my call to the insurers who, without me having to speak to them, immediately routed me to an Autoglass agent (the insurer's preferred windscreen service company). The Autoglass agent, who already had my insurance details ready, competed the usual security screening and then my windscreen replacement appointment was arranged there snd then.
I feel that Howden had smoothed the whole process out and saved me the need to contact my insurance company direct, which I am certain would have taken a good deal longer.
I cannot fault Howden Insurance service and would gladly recommend them to anyone.

It did nt take too long to set up the new policy, though having so much read out meant one had to have acute hearing, and I sometimes struggled!
