I dread phoning/web searches for insurance quotes but on this occasion it was actually a pleasure to speak to someone who was actually happy and pleased to be dealing with a customer!
When the quotation price of £385+ came in I was quite shocked as it was nearly £100 cheaper than the nearest quote I'd had with more benefits ie 180 days abroad as opposed to 31 by another insurance company.
I'm awaiting my current insurance company to send my renewal and considering it was over £431 last year I can't see them sending a cheaper one!
On the whole, the process to date has been good. Just about to read the boring bits to check for pitfalls!

As a long standing customer of A Plan now Howden we have always been happy with the services provided. I was slightly disappointed when I recently changed my car, a policy was cancelled and a new one was taken out. Normally a small discount was offered on the admin fee as we have all of insurance with the same branch.
