It's rare to find such good customer service these days. I couldn't fault James and his colleagues in Southampton on approachability and responsiveness. They slashed my car insurance quote for me - that's always going to leave a sweet taste -but I believe it was the friendly, polite and genuine manner that made all the difference, right from the initial contact. Everybody at Howden's showroom in Aylesbury are helpful, efficient and chatty to custoners and this makes a huge difference to organising car insurance or house insurance. Wonderful to have a good service.
