I had an accident in May. They were on it straight away. Kept me updated all the way. Again when we had to re do the insurance on the replacement car. Harley was patient and very informative during the stressful period immediately after the accident. Also Jess with help with the new car insurance. Absolutely fabulous. Thank you so much.

Great experience I have used Howden a few times unfortunately last year that didn’t beat my quote but this year it was great to see that I’ve got a quote that was probably £20 high in the previous one but was a much better cover. Highly recommended. Mark was really helpful and clear and kind of what my options were will use again.

Thorough and helpful in offering comprehensive car insurance at appropriate prices. A week after prices agreed and policies issued an issue arose requiring significant further payment. Situation clarified but extra payment still required. At my initiative further discussion with underwriters resolved the matter. It should not have required my suggestion to overcome the impasse.
