Speaking to a human being provided a personal element, which is a change to the usual cold, impersonal, robotic, corporate verbal, assault course one faces. Then made to linger, listening to some tired electronic offering one supposes is music. This has to be a comparison to make the review valid. As the insurance runs for a year, I can only review the initial response.

I have never used Howden's services before. I am impressed with the approach adopted by the employees. I was made to feel welcome and the quick research revealed that the agent could help me and reduce the premium I had been quoted from my current insurer by a reasonable amount without reducing the cover. Exactly what I wanted.
