I called about a renewal of a 1966 Solit Screen camper which has been insured with A-Plan for around 4 years. The process took over 1hr30 to complete. These are the same questions every year. The guy on the phone was reading a question bank and was completely devoid of human interaction. It could have been AI. However the cost was good and I remain a loyal customer.

Spoke to about 4 different people in total, all spoke clearly and easy to understand unlike some others you can go to. Even when something had gone wrong with a payment, made me check with my bank before theg would let me repay it. Very trust worthy
