The young man that dealt with my enquiry was very efficient and friendly. I told him what I needed and he found a reliable company and matched my lowest quote. The terms were better too. I have used Howdens now for many years and have always been really pleased with the service they provide. I like that you can see people face to face. I recently renewed my car insurance at the Newport IW branch and Ollie W was fantastic and managed to secure me a better deal with another company.

The staff were accessible by phone and promptly very helpful. I knew i could meet with them in person at short notice if i needed to do so. My previous insurer was no longer able to make a raelistic offer of cover, to meet my needs. Howden did so quicly and with no fuss.

Emily assisted my partner and I with our Home Insurance and Car Insurance Renewals during July.
Emily was polite, friendly and efficient.
Our local branch always appear to be on the front foot in leading the renewal process and make it as easy as possible minimising stress levels through clear, comprehensible English language.
Although, this particular time our renewals were completed over the phone, having the option of being able to go to the branch and deal with our renewals face to face with real people (should the need arise) is a decisive factor when it comes to renewal time.

Renewed my insurance with Howden, dealt with by Tay. He was very professional and friendly. The quality of service from Howden gives me confidence that in the event of a mishap they will give similar professional service - I have unfortunately had negative experiences with other insurers, and that's why I now use Howden. Happy to pay a little bit more for good service.
