Excellent service with yourselves by direct phone contact which I hope will continue when/if I come to renew next year. The reason I left my last insurer was because once they had your business they arrogantly assumed they could cease contact by telephone.

The Web based contact form is difficult to use and does not send a confirmation copy for the senders records.
Providing an email address on documents and website would be a massive improvement to communicating with Howdens. I just spent an hour communicating by webpage what would have taken 10 minutes by email.
