A very comprehensive service. The only issues I found is that you rarely get to speak to the same person and when the policy quote has lapsed you need to find a more efficient way to import all details already previously provided for the last quote into the new quote to avoid having to spend an hour answering the same questions, the answers for some of which you may not be able to remember if the answers had been provided by your surveyor.

I found Howden Insurance very helpful. Staff were always at hand to help. On first contact with them via my phone I did not have to wait too long for it to be answered. Moreover, they provided me with a comprehensive insurance policy that was comprehensively priced hence I then took out the insurance cover with them. Because of the above I would recommend them as an excellent insurance brooker.

I struggled to get my campervan insured,for a real price .I was quoted extortionate prices.Also I was kept on the phone answering pointless question for over 30mins ,with other companies.i was advised by the garage I bought the C— Van from to ring Howden.A lovely employee, sorted all my issues out instantly ,and at a more than fair price.surprised and elated with the service ,and end resault.highly recommend Howden. First class ,efficient simple process.

I would have given 5 stars but I twice asked for an email acknowledgment from the new agent dealing with my renewal and got none. Fortunately his colleagues were much better when I contacted the office and they provided excellent service.
