The fact that you were the only company to offer any sort of competitive quote after such frustrating stressful.time. Even though it was £300+ more then J was paying with Adran Flux. I just hope their will be a Co sidersble decrease in twelve months time. W en if its half the extra I had to pay.

Nia was very helpful in sorting out issues with my account. Some problem still exists with the billing of the gas supply.
As an aside issue I would say that the service was good. The word GREAT should be reserved for the likes of Alfred and Katherine.... and for Britain as it once was!

Today I was greeted by a lovely fella called Will Reid, because I'd married and changed from my maiden name all comparison sites were bumping up my car insurance quotes on average by £300, Will who is normally in Northampton but fortunately for me was in Peterborough today sorted out the problem and I'm now 1 happy lady, thankyou Will

Haven’t been into a High Street Brokers in years . The minute I walked in I was greeted by Rachael with a warm helpful smile . She completely understood exactly what I wanted, guided and advised me through the whole process. Even though it was coming to the end of her working day she didn’t rush me at all , advised on best policy for value for money . I’m so glad I came in as I left with my motor insurance policy far cheaper than online. I will definitely be returning to the office when other insurance policies come up for renewal. Thank you

Reece at the Aylesbury branch goes above and beyond with his customer care, horsebox insurance can sometimes be a nightmare from past experience and I am glad to have found these guys.
I unfortunately had a claim but found their help so reassuring it was resolved very quickly.

I have been with Howden Insurance for a number of years and they just make life easier when it comes to house and car insurance. I personally have 5 insurance policies with them.
The service is great.
They are super competitive, I always get a quote from them and try to beat it myself and it never works. They always come up cheaper.
The insurance consultants are very good - not pushy and always give the best offer possible
