Always helpful and polite. Not always the cheapest but sometimes when I’ve looked into the cheaper policies certain things have been omitted which you have to then pay extra for. So all in all pretty good. Howden’s also have branches!! So one can actually deal with human beings. Top marks.

I recently had to make a claim on my house insurance as a result of a broken glass pane in the conservatory roof. I dealt with Lisa in the claims department who provided excellent service. Called back when she said she would. Spoke to insurer to ensure they understood the situation. Incident occured on the 1st June and was completed on the 15th June money paid by insurer into my bank. Well done and thank you.
