Absolutely fantastic customer service. Gabriella was very informative, professional but also extremely friendly. We went through various options, she gave me time to consider what had been offered/quoted. As others have also said, they aren’t pushy trying to get you to take out extras. If these sorts of reviews give staff some sort of bonus then happy days, but if they don’t then, management take note, please offer Gabriella some sort of bonus for offering an unequivocal fantastic customer service.
