The experience that I received while discussing insurance policies over the phone was excellent.
The knowledge,expertise and politeness was second to none and to cap it all the policies that were recommended to me were exactly what I needed.

Being able speak to an assistant across a table was a major bonus - I am increasingly disillusioned with on-line Southern Hemisphere chat-line cultures that a lot of major seem to be going in for . I even had the manager chipping in with some intriguing options .

Howden Insurance offers a range of insurance services at competitive prices. Staff are knowledgeable, friendly and they go the extra mile to meet the customer's needs. The customer is welcomed, supported and provided with the information that is needed in order to make an informed choice. I have used Howden Insurance on two occasions recently and received a first class service.

However lack of any Track Day cover now causes me an issue. I was informed that hold be resolved and a new policy offered.
With 3 vehicle’s now to insure. I am concerned that Howden’s are no longer differentated in the market.
With their premiums going upwards and lack of any specialist products means I will consider the larger consumer oriented Insurance companies

First contact , you need to get things wright your home and contents are the most important things to you. Having somebody on the other end of the phone who has the knowledge and can give you the answers you need gives you reassurance you have the right company to safeguard your property.
