I have been dealing with what was A Plan on commercial insurance for several years and found them very easy and professional to deal with. Recently I needed to re insure my camper van with my existing insurer, Motorhome Protect, who were quite the opposite. I tried to discuss issues with the agent in renewals who only seemed interested in getting me off the line and onto another department.
I then tried Howdens who were excellent and moved my insurance to them. Highly recommended.

I decided to insure my car with Howdens for two main reasons, they offered a competitive price and having a High Street office made the decision much easier than spending a frustrating time with insurance companies on line. Hope to stay with this company in the future.
