Always very helpful & although quotations go up every year it’s minimal. Would be better if I didn’t have to eventually leave for better deal as sure enough once things increase once twice your always going to get better deal else where but not necessary A better service. But everyone is cost driven now a days

It was kind of scary for my scheduled bank transfers to be disrupted by not notifying me you going to take money from my bank account it is annoying and shocking it is like being invaded because my bank account is my world. At least my car is insured happy about that

It is so reassuring to have a team in branch or at the end of a phone line who really care about what I need, who respect my purchasing preferences, and who are unfailingly cheerful. It really is dealing with a local shop, but with the backing of a big organisation. 5 years in, I wouldn’t go anywhere else.
