I have dealt with an agent at the Shirley office called Hollie Webb, goodness me she really does know how to look after customers.
I have had our van insurance with the company for years and the service has always been brilliant. My job means I cannot always answer the phone but Hollie and Daniel kept calling to remind me of my renewal.
Nothing seemed too much trouble for her, everything I asked she accommodated and helped me with, I needed cover for my daughter just for our holiday in France for my daughter to drive so just for two week, she ran a quote to put her on and for the refund afterwards to take her off and diarised to ring me to do it on the day we travel back, WOW, couldn’t ask for more.
The other thing I would say is she had promised to call me back on two occasions and kept to those promises, I find this is rare these days most companies never do.
She is a lovely young lady, very cheerful, lovely personality, very helpful and a credit to your company.
I would highly recommend this company wish the service was like this elsewhere!

The agent on the Chichester office was excellent
The quote was Hugh, but I understand that rates have risen. What annoyed me was other Howden agents contacting me and phoning my wife. A clear GDPR violation. If thus happens again, I will report the breach and take my not inconsiderable account elsewhere.
