I asked for a quote from them after my renewal came in. I had been with Howden previously for a few years but changed when they couldn't offer a price match. This time an extremely helpful man took me through my quote and it ended up as a classic car policy. Organising car insurance is a hassle but this man made the experience easier.

Searching around for reasonably (!) priced car insurance as you get older is very time consuming. However, I tried my local Salisbury branch of Howdens and the agent (Harrison) was helpful and efficient in every way in trying to find a sensibly priced insurance package. I needed to think the offer over. However, Harrison phoned me back and had found ways to reduce the premium further. His efforts were admirable and I bought the cover!
