Daisy was lovely, very professional, explained everything to me and found me a good deal. I was with Saga on a fixed term for 3 years fixed which had come to an end. I tried 3 times to contact them by phone to discuss renewal but couldn't get through. That was a big reason why I chose Howdens, phone answered very quickly and i could talk to a real person straight away. Thanks for the great service so far.

They were very helpful sorting car insurance because my car is a very new version and not all the information had filtered down the line yet, so it was very hard getting a quote at all.
