i do not like using on line sites

Spoke with Val from the customer service team when my extortionate renewal came through from my current home insurance provider. Val was polite and professional from the outset and understood my needs. She obtained all my details and had plenty of experience in home insurance policies from my interaction with her. Val rang me back within 2 hours and gave me the best and cheapest quote compared to other home insurance companies. There was no hard sell from Val just 100% customer service. I renewed with Howdens without any hesitation. Fantastic service and highly recommended. Thank you Val :-)

Once again, I have insured my flat as a Landlord with Howden Insurance. I have had a long association with them as A-Plan and have extend that as they are now Howden. Maria at the Welwyn Garden City office was polite and professional, explaining everything in detail and asking if everything was understood. There was no heavy pressure to buy additional products. I found the quote the most competitive with benefits better than other quotes which actually offered less. I would thourghly recommend them as a brokers.

Reece contacted me to discuss the quote for my horsebox, he went through everything with me, made adustments for my requirements and was able to give me a better price than last year. We have used Howden (Aylesbury) for a number of years for all our family vehicles and been given very good rates. Unforetunately not for my 10 year old Discovery!
