The agent on the phone soon realized my insurance needs were not simple, both in terms of cover required and personal circumstances. overall thecar insurance went well but and there is one but = I never received any of my policy documents by post as I requested, I know that I could have printed them off but I was promised that you would send them to me - therefore very disappointed
