Colin was so good I almost didn't mind paying so much for my insurance! Is it me or has insurance gone up faster than the rate of inflation? Certainly feels like it. I was pleased Colin (Wycombe) could give us access to a policy not achievable online. A £1,000 premium for my wife's 6 points certainly focuses the mind!

There is no loop system for hearing aid wearers. I could hear the person at the back of the room but not the person talking to me. Perhaps you could find a way to separate the two areas. The entrance doors are heavy and hard to push, would be difficult for an elderly person. Apart from this the person who dealt with us was helpful and polite.
