I recently had the pleasure of setting up business insurance with your assistant Ms Karolina Wawrzeniuk(Pol-plan part of Howden Insurance), and I must say, it was an incredibly positive experience. The lady assisting me was exceptionally professional and incredibly helpful. Her extensive knowledge and willingness to assist made the entire process swift and efficient. The best thing is to have a High Street branch with friendly helpful staff, without needing to be dependant on ones own computer systems. Traditional branch service.

Very friendly and helpful. Danny explained everything clearly. The price quoted was significantly lower than the renewal from my existing company. The policy was taken out online and all documentation emailed to me shortly afterwards. There is a branch of Howdens near to me if I need any further information.

I called to renew my car insurance with Howden which was (A-Plan) and who I have been with for many years, and spoke with Sam Eaton from the Wimbledon branch, who was just great! Professional, polite, patient and very thorough. Discussion re the quotes turned out positively in my favour and I have no problem with recommending Howden.
