Had Motor Insurance years ago with A-Plan but drifted online.
Had difficulty with getting decent insurance at a decent price for my Grandson online, thought I'd try A-Plan (Now Howden's).
From the moment I walked into the Sutton Coldfield branch, Cecile couldn't do enough for me. We eventually managed to get fully comp cover at a really decent price.
Cecile went above & beyond and the whole experience made a pleasant change, being able to speak to a "human" face to face.
Definitely glad I thought of trying them and will definitely get them to quote for me when my policy is due for renewal.
