I have been with Howdens ( Aplan) for nearly 30 years and honestly...You would be a complete Twit to use any other insurer!
They treat you like a human being, Always polite, curious and very friendly and incredibly knowledgeable. Why in god's name can't all insurance companies be like this?! Mark Turnbull has been dealing withmy cars for what seems like FOREVER and is Amazing and brilliant at what he does....John Jordan is just so friendly and sooo funny, and also brilliant

During the last few days I have again renewed my car, home & contents insurance with Howdens. Chantel- car Taylor - house, & contents. Both ladies were very efficient, kmowledgeable, kind & patient. Taylor and Chantal searched to find a policy for my needs. I highly reccomend anyone contacting either Chantal or Taylor at Tooting branch for any insurance needs. What I like about Taylor & Chantal if their are any new ' add ons' which maybe suitable for clients they generally know & can assist.
Friends inform me they spend hours searching through comparrison sites to find a suitable policy. Go to Howdens is my recommendation. They are always willing to help.
