We used to live in Leamington Spa and popped into the office one day to discuss our home insurance needs, when they were A Plan. It’s a real pleasure to be able to discuss our insurance needs with a person rather than completing endless online forms. This year when one of our policies was up for renewal, Kevin phoned me a few weeks before renewal and pleasingly had been able to secure the same level of cover for no additional cost. That was nice to hear in these inflationary times. Thanks Kevin for your friendly and efficient service. Luckily we have never needed to claim, but if we do there is some reassurance that we can at least deal with a named person in a local office to act as a go between with the underwriters.
