Charlie listened to me, confirmed he understood my requirements, repeated back key information and regularly checked I was happy with process. Have me time to clarify any concerns. Clear concise information provided at all stages of application. Agreed further options, preferred payment method. Offered soft and hard copies of documents. Ami at Howdens is brilliant she is very thorough,
