Just insured our business with Howdens. Being a restaurant within a listed building usually means there’s a few hoops to jump through. Erika made the process much easier than usual, she done a lot of running around to get a competitive quote with really short notice. I totally recommend these guys! Ive recently purchased camper van insurance from Howdens, I rang for a quote and was spoke to a gentleman who was very polite and courteous.
I have had insurance with Aplan/now Howdens before and I received the same customer care.
I haven't, fortunately had to claim against my vehicle with Aplan/Howdens so can't give any feed back on a claim,however the feed back from other customers that I have read is very positive.
