For the fourth consecutive year I have asked A Plan to arrange my van insurance and as ever they have secured excellent cover at a favourable price.
I really appreciate how professional A Plan are to deal with, minimal work for me and they always keep me well informed about my policies and options. I've recommended them to numerous people for all types of insurance.
And as an aside, the staff are really decent people and very easy to liaise with.

Not used a - plan for while, although have 2 sons that have insurance with yourselves, but found a - plan competitive and very helpful nothing to much of problem and fully explained everything, will definitely be using yourselves again.

I have used A plan for as long as I remember - they are professional and efficient. It is good to have a broker in place looking after my insurance interests. I never seem to have to wait to speak to them and a pleasure to deal with competent people and not have to deal with call centres. They remind me of renewal dates and find me the most competitive quotes on an annual basis.

I renewed my commercial vehicle policy recently and the phone operative was very thorough and polite during the renewal process. It was my first experience of A-Plan Insurance and their first time in dealing with my inherited policies from the previous broker. So far so good .

The member of staff I dealt with had a high level of professionalism, knowledge, interpersonal skills and ability to provide a ray of sunshine in these very dark COVID times are a credit to A-Plan.
He successfully guided me through my car insurance and as a consequence of that interaction, I didn’t have to think twice about returning to him for my home & contents insurance (all of which I take extremely seriously).
I have no hesitation in recommending A-Plan to friends and family and in fact, to date, they have now successfully found my father a car insurance policy and I understand my son will also be utilising them in the future for his car insurance.
I have no idea whether A-Plan operates an “employee of the month” or similar but feel the member of staff I dealt with, would be a prime candidate for such acknowledgement. I believe he will go far in the company!
I shall most definitely look forward to next year and the renewal of my policies with A-Plan
