Following the completion of our renovations, we needed a tailor-made policy reflecting the extensive (and expensive) improvements made to the falt, that would not be covered by the Buildings Insurance arranged by the Management Company and incorporated in our annual maintenance fees. Jaide Stone patiently worked her way through my questions and detailed requirements before finding an appropriate solution. Her attention to detail was very impressive.
