Super professional service. Since the beginning when Ms Edyta was selling us Business Insurance, she made sure we have got everything we need at affordable price. Then when we unfortunately had to made a claim and we haven’t been left alone, we had Ms Justyna, who was taking care of us, she has called us to make sure, the claim is in progress and we are satisfied. I dealt with Callum today who arranged my car insurance. He was very in formative, helpful, very friendly on the phone, professional and was very patient in listening to and answering my range of questions.
I decided to request a quote from Howden Insurance because already have other insurance policies with them (for various products) and the service and prices have always been excellent and competitive.

We awoke to discover water cascading into the bedroom after a very rainy night.
We contacted the emergency service at 06.30 to be told that it wasn't an emergency!
It was to us.
At 9.00 am we spoke with Tracy at Howden's Warwick office and she swung into action.
From there everything went smoothly - we got help to stop the leak - were put in touch with the loss adjusters and helped with our claim.
Tracy followed through by keeping in touch with us and the loss adjusters making sure we knew what was happening.
Thank you Tracy - you made it a much better experience.

Very approachable, friendly staff. We were undecided which car to buy next so revisited them several times for separate quotes - they couldn’t have been nicer or more helpful about it. Used them primarily because I have a non-fault claim hanging over me and they found a more reasonably priced car insurance than we would have managed on our own. Very happy customer; will use them again and thoroughly recommend.

I have used A Plan, now Howden Insurance, for many years as I have always found the staff at the Bournemouth office very helpful. Today I spoke to Claire McKernon regarding my car insurance renewal. I needed to change some of my requirements and Claire happily completed further quotes while I was on the call and provided me with details of the options and relevant premiums. She took time to ensure I had all the information I needed and she was able to answer all of the questions I had. I received my documentation within minutes of our call and did need one amendment to be made which Claire did as soon as I contacted her, updated documents re-issued very quickly. Great service thank you Claire.

After having trouble getting through to the Chichester branch from their Call Centre I was finally connected on the third time. Nick took his time in confirming my details and searching for a suitable renewal quote, despite it now being past the branch closing time. He was unrushed in completing the policy for me. I would totally recommend the Chichester branch, thank you.
