I found your advisers were very helpful, polite, knew their subject I also liked the fact that I didn't have to wait long for the telephone to be answered and I was immediately put through to the right person. They had patience with me as I didn't understand all the documentation they required. When necessary they reminded me what was still left to do. They talked me through using portals as I am not good at IT.
