I'm more than happy with the staff,they done what they could to get me the best quote for my vehicle,but unfortunately it was double what I paid last year,so I had to shop around for a lot cheaper quote,maybe nxt year,thankyou all the same

We compared the policy with an alternative company.
I am pleased with the decision.
He was polite and confident on the phone and dealt with the renewal very efficiently.
We discussed the extras and with no hassle I added what I felt was necessary.
I have found visits to the office not particularly pleasant. This phone call makes me feel there are some very cheerful and positive people there.

Emma Boult at Chichester office was very helpful and efficient. I signed up to motor, road recovery and home insurance which she dealt with easily.
However, your telephone communication needs looking at. Using several of your telephone numbers I was sometimes disconnected. One time, at the end of April there were no lines at all. Being passed from one office to another often didn’t happen.

Have used Howden Insurance ( A Plan ) for over 20 years and would never look to change to a different broker. They are extremely knowledgeable and offer a vast range of insurance needs. All their staff are polite, experienced and willing to listen to the customers needs. I want to say a big thank you in particular to Laurie Arkle whom I have dealt with for many years and always makes the task of obtaining insurance a pleasure.
