I found the whole experience very easy and enjoyable. Ive just bought my wife a new car and while she get her confidence driving it instead of her old fiesta they found a way to use her existing ncb on the new car and keep her insurance on her old one until the policy ends in a couple of months. Richard even helped me out with another insurance policy I have, offering advice on a current claim.

I have very recently completed a change of vehicle for my Campervan insurance cover, via Motor Direct Admin team. All was straightforward apart from the requirement to provide a copy of the gas certificate for the underwriters. The photo and upload process was causing issues primarily because the certificate from the manufacturer was a carbon copy version (as Vicky Campbell suspected 👍). But through Jo initially, then Vicky and latterly one of their other colleagues (sorry didn’t note her name), they thought about the issue and worked around the challenges to the satisfaction of the underwriter. Fantastic work and application of their experience and skills. Thank you so much. Would not hesitate in maintaining my future insurance requirements with the team and recommend them to one and all.

anyway Howdons came to my rescue not only did they give me a quote which was more affordable .

2. interaction with company representative (Paige) clear, methodical, well paced
3. Paige very conscious throughout that the interaction was novel to me (although naturally routine to her this was not apparent)
4. Paige fully engaged with me as customer
5. Although I was not able to provide a particular piece of information during our initial interaction the next steps I was to take were made clear to me.
6 altogether a most professional, courteous and efficient interaction - give her a raise!
