I recently renewed my car insurance and also took up the opportunity to obtain a quotation for my house and contents insurance. I was most impressed with the professionalism, friendly approach together with the time and effort that Jamie put in to ensure that his quotations provided the correct cover to meet my needs.
It was nice to speak to somebody rather than just fill in a form on line, to be able to ask questions, seek clarification and understanding of different options.
I felt I was an important customer, was comfortable in dealing with A-Plan , they provided cost effective quality solutions with the benefit of support and assistance shoul I ever have to make a claim.

Needing immediate insurance to enable me to exchange an old car for new just before lockdown, A Plan found a new insurer at a better rate, arranged insurance overlap to facilitate collection, and organised cancellation of the old insurance - all with a single phone call. I was impressed how efficiently this was arranged and the helpful manner of Adam & the team at Salisbury.

Fantastic experience insuring our vehicles through A-Plan. Jeff Pellett in the Southampton office deserves a mention for exceptional customer service, he was friendly, concise, and thorough, making everything easy and saving us time and money in the process. Bike insurance, truck insurance, car insurance and house buildings and contents insurance all with A-Plan, simple reason being decent renewal quote to start with spoken too directly, no on line forms where half your questions can,t be answered as they are just generic forms.
Would recommend every time, might not be the cheapest but in the event of a claim your dealing with people who care.

There is no problem with A Plan Insurance as they are very helpful. I decided to pay the insurance payment monthly this year and they use Close Brothers. I completed the form and sent it back. Shortly afterwards I received an email saying that they hadn't had any response and they might cancel the agreement. I filled it in on line and then i got another letter with the forms saying they hadn't received a response I filled this in and sent it back in the enclosed envelope. Then I received another form and also a text or email saying that I hadn't filled it in. I have just sent the third form in and sent it back again in the envelope that was enclosed. Hope this is now O.K.
