Laurie has been really helpful and supportive with a non fault claim. Super responsive by phone / email and got everything sorted quickly and efficiently. She also helped get a great price on my annual renewal and whilst im mindful that i could probably save a small amount on a comparison site its worth the extra money to know theres someone local and responsive ( no waiting 40mins in a queue to speak to someone in a different timezone!) to support in a crisis. Highly recommend!

Transfer of business from Cope's of Cheadle. Personal phone call from Yvonne to make contact. Invited to office for a meeting. So I dealt with a REAL person not AI or a bot. I prefer doing business face to face and will therefore stay with the company.

I arranged my car insurance via Howdens earlier in the year and the call handler I spoke to was very insistent on quoting me for home insurance which wasn’t required at the time and was also dealt with by my husband. Over the past 2 weeks I have had 7 voice mails left by various staff members asking that I contact them to allow them to quote for my home insurance policy. On the one occasion I did have to speak to someone the customer service was fine although I did find there to be quite a pushy sales technique and do consider 7 voice mails to be excessive for a policy I clearly stated I wasn’t interested in being quoted for.

Howden Insurance have been extremely helpful with my Day Van insurance Summer had a great knowledge on the subject and found a great policy to suit my needs.
The whole process was very easy and efficient and the price was very competitive.
