I’d had a pretty horrid experience after trying to transfer a car policy after a car change with an online insurer, so decided to go with a UK based broker. Luke looked for the most appropriate and cost effective insurer. He was able to suggest options and found a company that fitted my requirements and budget. I was also able to contact him a few days later to change my car registration to a personal plate. Excellent. Easy to deal with and professional.

Cristina (Exeter) worked super hard to answer all our questions and ensure we have the right house insurance policy and specifically cover for our bikes both at home and away. It's been a while since I've experienced such good customer service. Friendly, professional, knowledgeable and efficient. We now have van and house and would thoroughly recommend.

On receiving my insurance renewal documents I was as usual horrified by the hike in premium. I normally have a go at the insurer directly but this time I decided to use an intermediary. As a result of using Howdens (Louise from the Wimbledon office and Ian from Alton) I was able to achieve a massive saving. I shall be using their service again whenever renewal docs arrive for other insurance needs. They were clear, helpful and responsive. Recommend them highly.
