Very informative, helpful and competitive plus local!! Policy to suit needs at a good price. For me it is absolutely bliss talking to someone face to face and easy communication!!! Any problem I have somewhere to go to talk to someone, no AI or sitting in a line for ages listening to tacky music. Competitive, professional and a must. Staying stress free, old fashioned and no more Online for me.

Last year I defected to another Car Insurer to save ££s ( and that was my only reason as I have always had great customer service from the Isle of Wight Branch previously). However 1 month in I had to put in a claim and it was an absolute nightmare so this year was determined to return to Howdens.
Olly is super friendly and very professional. He talked me through everything in a very easy to understand way and answered any questions that I had promptly. He also found me a competitive quote which I accepted.
He went above and beyond to rectify my misunderstanding re the end time of my previous policy ( talking 12 hours here! ).
I can’t thank him enough and he is a great asset to the Isle of Wight Branch and is Highly Recommended !!!

Absolutely brilliant customer service! Great team, have dealt with Joely,James and Tom (Bristol). They have a lot of patience and have always been super helpful. I received a call back following a search engine enquiry, I received a call from Adam and he asked me multiple questions as brokers do and I was sceptical as I had already received a quote from my current vehicle insurer who are well known insurers for the USA vehicle market. The quote Adam gave me was a £2K saving and the only requirement was a tracker because of value. I went with Howden and I can honestly say it has been a pleasure to deal with them, I have not experienced any long delay on phone calls and Adam answers mail quickly. Will be adding my other vehicles as and when they are due for renewal.
