Excellent customer service. Although they tried hard, they couldn’t get very close to my renewal quote from my existing online insurer, but I did end up going with them. My logic is that if I did need to make a claim in the future then the whole process would be infinitely easier with Howden, less stressful and less time consuming. So although I wished they’d got a bit closer to my existing renewal quote, this time I’ve decided that the extra cost is worth it.

Very helpful looking for a cheaper house insurance for as. Although still more expensive than my renewal price from my previous company I felt the personal contract helped to make our minds up.

Yvonne Hall at the Parkstone office was very knowledgeable and helpful. I needed to arrange boat insurance, and it was great to talk to a sailor rather than to someone who understands insurance but not sailing.
