Worked really hard to get the best deal

Being able speak to an assistant across a table was a major bonus - I am increasingly disillusioned with on-line Southern Hemisphere chat-line cultures that a lot of major seem to be going in for . I even had the manager chipping in with some intriguing options .

Howden Insurance offers a range of insurance services at competitive prices. Staff are knowledgeable, friendly and they go the extra mile to meet the customer's needs. The customer is welcomed, supported and provided with the information that is needed in order to make an informed choice. I have used Howden Insurance on two occasions recently and received a first class service.

Premium now contains a host of extras. Result is a more expensive policy.

However lack of any Track Day cover now causes me an issue. I was informed that hold be resolved and a new policy offered.
With 3 vehicle’s now to insure. I am concerned that Howden’s are no longer differentated in the market.
With their premiums going upwards and lack of any specialist products means I will consider the larger consumer oriented Insurance companies

First contact , you need to get things wright your home and contents are the most important things to you. Having somebody on the other end of the phone who has the knowledge and can give you the answers you need gives you reassurance you have the right company to safeguard your property. HOWDEN covers everything .

Although Howden’s annual car and home insurance renewal quote for this year was not competitive, I cannot fault the customer care received from James Hewetson. 10 out of 10 James thank you!!

I have dealt with an agent at the Shirley office called Hollie Webb, goodness me she really does know how to look after customers.
I have had our van insurance with the company for years and the service has always been brilliant. My job means I cannot always answer the phone but Hollie and Daniel kept calling to remind me of my renewal.
Nothing seemed too much trouble for her, everything I asked she accommodated and helped me with, I needed cover for my daughter just for our holiday in France for my daughter to drive so just for two week, she ran a quote to put her on and for the refund afterwards to take her off and diarised to ring me to do it on the day we travel back, WOW, couldn’t ask for more.
The other thing I would say is she had promised to call me back on two occasions and kept to those promises, I find this is rare these days most companies never do.
She is a lovely young lady, very cheerful, lovely personality, very helpful and a credit to your company.
I would highly recommend this company wish the service was like this elsewhere!

Face to face consultation, much easier to ask questions and feel confident in responses. Took minutes to do without having to trawl through online websites which is a nightmare and take ages
