Thorough and helpful in offering comprehensive car insurance at appropriate prices. A week after prices agreed and policies issued an issue arose requiring significant further payment. Situation clarified but extra payment still required. At my initiative further discussion with underwriters resolved the matter. It should not have required my suggestion to overcome the impasse.

The policy on a new vehicle had to be updated. I had the original saleswoman get back to me to do this - so I did not have to repeat too much - and it was quickly and professionally done. Would go back to Howden's for a quote.
