Kian was brilliant right from the word go i rang the colchester branch enquiring about a policy they transferd me to the Oxford branch and within 10 minutes I had a quote £2000 cheaper than anything else and with a couple more details an email was sent to me with my insurance policy certificate confirming I was insured even before payment !

Everything was very straightforward, from initial meetings and quotes to final insurance policies. The the advisors were clear and my insurance needs were sorted within a reasonable time. This is the second year I have used them, last year they sorted my car insurance and this year I have trusted them with my house insurance as well.

When I get at least my policy number I will fill at least I am insured the money and insurance was taken out on the 3rd of September it is now the 13th of September still no certificate or policy I just hope I am insured rang up on the 11th was told every thing was in the post fingers crossed it arrives

Been through the ringer on another broker, came to Howden and spoke to Ollie from the carterton branch and he was amazing best customer service i've had from any insurance company/broker, would put him top 3 in my list of best customer service.
Absolutely brilliant work from him and I would recommend anyone who needs van insurance especially for Window Cleaning Vans to go to Howden because if everyone there is even a tiny bit like Ollie then you can be sure of great customer service and someone who is actually on your side.
