Reece Robinson has been a complete star.
As a company director, we arranged to lease two cars through a well known lease company. It was extremely difficult and very stressful to abide by their restrictive terms and conditions to insure the vehicles but Reece went above and beyond superb customer service by speaking directly to the leasing car company to find a way to overcome their restrictions.

I spoke to Danny Gilman who was professional, well spoken, good listener and very knowledgeable. Danny delt with my needs and requirements and didn't over sell the extras or additional services.
He used easy to understand terminology making the renewal process easy, quick and less stressful. Danny kept calm and returned my call after network drop outs (not his fault!)
He followed their security questions and made sure all my info was up to date. He followed up by sending me a personal email and sending physical copies to my current address.

Contacted Sam at the Newport branch on the Isle of Wight. What a great service, all done & a lower reliable premium found within a few hours & titrated to my needs. Couldn't fault Sam's manner, explanation or patience. Would highly recommend Howden's particularly the Island branch.

I contacted the Hereford office and was very impressed with the customer service. They were very helpfull and answered any questions professionall. They were professional as well as being friendly. This was for my car insurance, my house insurance had already been renewed but l will most certainly be contacting them for my house insurance renewal next year.

I have used Howden ( formally A plan) for many years now. I have a small business based in St.Albans with several vehicles on the road. Time after time they have provided me with a great service & advice when needed.
