Having already insured my campervan through Howden Insurance and having an excellent experience, I decided to see about insuring my car with them too. Louise was amazing, polite and professional, She talked me through everything ensuring I understood at every step. Louise found me a very good price for my insurance (business insurance) and whilst the cost was marginally more than the Compare sites I knew I was getting cover for everything I required whereas on the Compare sites it wasn’t clear

Service was excellent, I particularly like phone calls being answered within a few rings, not the 30mins plus we have come to expect. Talking to the people who are dealing with my enquiry is nice and has a value that I’m prepared to pay for. If I have a concern it is that we had to negotiate away a significant price gap to get close to where I wanted to be - still a premium price point. Hopefully next years renewal will be based on the price I paid and not the price quoted.
