Brilliant service. We had sorted our car insurance earlier in the year in our local branch, saving us about 30% of our current charges. I promised to use Howden when my house insurance was due - my previous supplier gave a new quote, but I went to see the lovely Eddie Bright again - he really does show how much he cares about his customers - so pleased we did as we saved another 35% by going with Howdens for an even more comprehensive cover than before. Thoroughly recommend Howden, particularly as they have REAL PEOPLE you can visit in person - much nicer personal touch! Thank you Eddie!

Very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable staff, certainly know about insurance, but at this time of renewal they could not give me a good a price as my previous insurer so I stayed with them I the end and Howden refunded my money in full.

I’ve been with aplan/howdens for twenty years and never had a problem and don’t feel the need to move, mind you, a bit loyalty bonus wouldn’t go a miss ! Also very helpful people and they do try to be very helpful.
