Able to get hold of people on the phone, polite courteous and able to respond to questions. When I emailed with follow up questions they were promptly responded to. So far I have no issues with Howdens however the proof lies when you need them most in a claim (and I hope I don't need to do that!)

I asked for a quote from them after my renewal came in. I had been with Howden previously for a few years but changed when they couldn't offer a price match. This time an extremely helpful man took me through my quote and it ended up as a classic car policy. Organising car insurance is a hassle but this man made the experience easier.
