The agent I spoke to (Stephanie) rang in advance to explain why my policy had increased, explained why she needed further information and when I was able to provide the documentation she required she was able to reduce my quote considerably. I found the whole experience as pleasant as it could be when you get insurance quotes...the advisor, Kimberley Philips was clearly very professional and knowledgeable and not at all 'pushy'. Managed to save a few quid and avoid speaking to a chat bot at the same time.

Fantastic team this is the 3rd year I’ve been with Howdens unfortunately I was involved in an accident a few weeks ago. I spoke to a gentleman call Gurvinder on the Howdens help line gave him all the details and I can honestly say the insurance company had contacted me and within 2 hours had my car was collected and a courtesy delivered all in all the whole process took just 2 weeks from the day of the accident to the day my car was delivered back fully repaired. I can whole heartily recommend Howdens for all forms of insurance knowing the team are polite knowledgeable and professional when it comes to insurance. Having owned many American import vehicles and using one or two reputable specialist insurers over the years, I was recommended from friends to try Howden.
I recently had my first ever renewal which was expertly handled by one of their consultants Hawk Caves. His experience and professional yet human approach and work ethic were exemplary. I felt very much a valued customer and not just a policy holder. I would highly recommend Howden and equally Hawk himself.

Katy responded to my email promptly, called me when she said she would, and guided me through the options, answering all my questions, with a fun, easy going manner, and always professional. She made useful recommendations, asked about how I got the van, shared ideas of where to take it and related her own experiences. You just don’t get that with online aggregator sites.
