I didn't have to wait long for the phone to be answered.
Agent was very helpful at the time.
However, the documents did not arrive & I had to telephone after a week had gone by to ask where they were. I was told that they would be emailed to me but by the end of the morning nothing had come so I rang again & was emailed the documents straightaway. The paper documents arrived 10 days after I had arranged & paid for the insurance.

Absolutely fantastic company, by far the best to use for a camper conversion, I wish I'd have used them sooner! Personal contact with someone who took the time to really understand our needs and then provide us with a competitive quote that will take us through our project from panel van to 'home on wheels'. We have been with you for a while and whatever our needs you have always been able to sort out what we need with a professional but also friendly approach.
