Mark in the Chelmsford office was really helpful and managed to arrange the car insurance for my chipped RS3, which despite 17 years no claims is almost impossible to insure for a reasonable premium. Also good to know that the modifications are accurately recorded- which is not possible with comparison sites.

We went in to renew our home insurance policy. The advisor that served us was really helpful and explained everything in detail along the way. At 77 years old, we need to know what is the best deal for us! He was great and we got good cover at a reasonable cost with AVIVA. We will be going back in when our car insurance comes up for renewal in February.

Where do I start, Richard Spencer one of the sales team at the Thatcham branch was absolutely outstanding from start to finish, he was very knowledgeable, went into fine detail with everything, offered alternatives & options, was well spoken, very clear & precise to confirm every detail, went the extra mile to offer me the best package & deal that he could.
