I renewed my car insurance last week through the Macclesfield office. I have been with A-Plan and now Howden for many years. This most recent renwal was handled by Danny Gilman and he managed the process in a very professional manner that included the time he provided on the phone and answering various questions. My experience with Howden Insurance has been positive. Overall, I can't help but feel the service has become a little diverse compared to the previous configuration of Aston Lark. Aston Lark gave a centralised service covering my needs. However, I think I'll get used to the new structure. At the current time of year I'm involved in policy renewals, all seems to be getting dealt with satisfactorily so I have no complaints.
