1. Ray Veljkovic gave me a helpful telephone call and got the quote ready for my visit. 2. Ray organised the Green Flag cover for me which was very long winded and frustrating however he persevered. 3. Ray printed out all the documents for me to take home after exploring the best options and explaining choices. 4. Ray was pleasant, helpful and considerate. 5.
