After receiving a letter regarding Howden Insurance, I decided to go into the office for a face to face chat regarding buildings/contents insurance. I was made to feel at ease and wasn't rushed on making a decision. I was impressed with the level of efficiency and discount received, also knowing the friendly team are local to my home address. I feel that if I have any concerns regarding my insurance, there will be a helpful member of the team available in the office and on the phone.
