It was so reassuring to be able to go and speak to Andy Read from the Taunton, Somerset branch. I had a brand new Ford Kuga in March and it was written off after less than two months by a third party. This was not a straightforward process as firstly we tried to claim for a new replacement from the other insurance company. Unfortunately, they only offered what they said was the market value 😕.
I then had to claim off my own insurance which had brand new for old cover. Believe me none of this was easy- even getting a courtesy vehicle at times. It has been so stressful and I'm not sure if I could have managed or sorted it without the constant help I recieved from Andy!!!
I would highly recommend using Howdens for this reason. You just don't know until you've had an accident then you really appreciate the face to face contact and help. Thank you so much!!!!

Just bought our first campervan and had to obtain insurance quotes. Lots of questions to answer and not all of the companies I tried were particularly user-friendly. The best terms I obtained were from Howdens, due, in no small way, to the service I received from Caleann Adams. Friendly, polite and very professional. Caleann is a credit to her company and has been a huge help to me.
