Howden Insurance Farnborough had been my brokers for many years. I recently had a problem with my car insurance renewal due to some misleading claims information on a register. James got the necessary paperwork from my previous insurers & resolved my problem quickly & efficiently.

This is the first time I have used Howden and was very impressed from the start. I wanted to change my car insurance provider and several things impressed me, I didn't have to hang on the phone for 25 minutes before the call was answered, Shane went through everything regarding my insurance and explained in easy to understand terms about the insurance and came up with a competitive quote.
To be honest the quote was slightly more than I was quoted by my previous insurer but the whole process was less stressful and less time consuming, and more informative. So worth the little extra in my opinion.
